Our Weekend Getaway to Hard Truth Distilling Co in Nashville, IN

My husband and I recently visited for a weekend getaway and had an amazing time exploring the distillery, taking an ATV tour, and staying in their cozy Hard Truth cabin. Here’s a look at what all we got to experience!
DISTILLERY TOUR
The distillery tour was a highlight of our trip. We learned about the history of the distillery and the process of making their award-winning spirits. The tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining, and we even got to taste a few generous samples at the end!
LIVE MUSIC ON THE TERRACE
One of the highlights of our visit was enjoying live music on the terrace while sipping on delicious drinks from Hard Truth Distilling Co. We highly recommend trying their Hard Truth Pina Colada and Hard Truth Strawberry Daquiri. The music was so relaxing to listen to through the forest-framed terrace and stage area, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. We even grabbed a bite from the food truck and enjoyed the fresh air while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

ATV TOUR
After enjoying live music on the terrace and checking in at the cabin, we hopped on an ATV and explored the surrounding woods. The tour was led by an experienced guide who showed us the best views, trails, and more about the history of the property and the distillery. We had a blast racing through the woods and taking in the beautiful scenery while trying several delicious samples of Hard Truth spirits. We even got to stop at their secret speak easy on the property!
HARD TRUTH CABIN
Our accommodations at the Hard Truth cabin were cozy and comfortable. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed for a weekend away, including some amazing extras like a gas fireplace, and a screened in porch! We enjoyed relaxing on the porch and taking in the peaceful surroundings as we watched an evening thunderstorm roll in.
DINING EXPERIENCE
We also had the pleasure of dining at the distillery's full-service restaurant. We highly recommend trying their famous pulled pork nachos - they were delicious! And for dessert, we indulged in their skillet cookie, which was the perfect sweet treat to end our meal.
Overall, our weekend at Hard Truth Distilling Co was full of fun and adventure. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable getaway in Indiana.
