Services Provided
Simply Sophie Designs offers the following services:
Custom Brand Design
Custom Website Design
Illustration
Social Media Marketing
Email Marketing
Payment Terms
For services under $500, full payment is required upfront.
For projects exceeding $500, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot, with the remaining balance paid as agreed upon.
Simply Sophie Designs has cancellation policies outlined in contracts and does not offer refunds after payment for deliverables has been made, unless otherwise stated.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback (within 3 business days) on deliverables. If delays occur:
A warning will be issued after 24 hours of delay.
After 48 hours of delay, the deliverables will be deemed accepted, and Simply Sophie Designs may proceed to the next project phase or completion.
If a client does not respond within 72 hours, Simply Sophie Designs may terminate the project, withhold deliverables, and retain payment.
Revisions & Approvals
For branding projects, clients are entitled to three rounds of revisions. For website projects, two rounds of revisions are included.
Additional revisions will incur a charge of $250 per hour. Any requests beyond the initial scope of work will require an amendment to the original agreement, and fees for these additional services will be agreed upon separately.
Delivery Timeline
Project timelines vary based on scope. Any delays caused by clients in providing feedback may affect the timeline.
Intellectual Property
For brand design projects, the client retains ownership of the final designs once completed and paid for.
Simply Sophie Designs reserves the right to showcase the completed work in its portfolio and online materials.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with notice.
If the client fails to provide timely feedback (within 72 hours), Simply Sophie Designs may terminate the project and withhold deliverables without providing a refund.
In the event of a "Force Majeure" (e.g., natural disasters, government orders, war, etc.), delays in the project may occur. Both parties will work to minimize the impact, and if delays persist beyond 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement.
Liability
Simply Sophie Designs' liability is limited to the total cost of the services provided. The company is not responsible for project delays or dissatisfaction with the final product.
Third-Party Tools
Simply Sophie Designs uses third-party tools such as Squarespace for website design, Canva for template creation, and HoneyBook for payments.
Client information may be managed through tools such as Notion for project management.
On occasion, subcontractors may be used for specific project tasks.
